These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dawills.com and any products or services purchased through this website. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
DAW Digital Solutions sells WordPress website templates as digital products, and offers optional Done-For-You setup and Monthly Maintenance services. All products and services are described in detail on our website prior to purchase.
All sales of digital products are final. Because our WordPress templates are delivered via instant download and cannot be physically returned, we do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges once the download link has been accessed.
As a buyer, you are responsible for understanding this policy before purchasing. We strongly recommend reviewing the live template demos and feature descriptions before completing your order.
The only exceptions to our no-refund policy are:
Server-side environmental issues — such as PHP upload limits (which are resolved via our included installation guide) or hosting configurations that do not support WordPress — do not constitute a product defect and are not eligible for a refund.
Our Done-For-You setup service requires that you provide all business content (name, address, phone number, service descriptions, and images) before work begins. Work will commence only after we have received your content and confirmed your WordPress admin credentials. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Monthly Maintenance plans require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. After the initial period, the plan continues on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice to support@dawills.com. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template for a single website belonging to you or your client. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files with any third party. All original design elements, code, and documentation created by DAW Digital Solutions remain our intellectual property.
Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our templates will be compatible with every hosting environment, theme, or plugin configuration. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from the use of our products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAW Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
