Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

DAW Digital Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website dawills.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Information Collected Through Purchases

When you purchase a template or service, your transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details, billing address, and contact information directly. Please refer to the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy to understand how they secure and handle your financial data.

We receive and retain your name, email address, and purchase history. We use this information strictly to:

  • Deliver your download link and product files
  • Provide customer support
  • Send critical product updates or security patches related to your purchase

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit dawills.com, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. This data is used solely for security monitoring and site performance and is not linked to personally identifiable information.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used exclusively to fulfill your order, provide support, and communicate critical product updates.

Template Data and Post-Installation Security

Our downloadable WordPress templates (.wpress files) are delivered in a sanitized state:

  • No pre-loaded tracking: Template files do not contain active tracking pixels, malicious scripts, or data-harvesting tools.
  • Temporary credentials: Each template includes a default administrator login and a placeholder email address. These exist solely to allow first-time login.
  • Your responsibility: Upon importing the template, you assume full ownership and administrative control. You are entirely responsible for updating the temporary placeholder credentials. We hold no access, liability, or insight into data collected by your website once it is installed on your server.

Note for your own Privacy Policy: Your installed template includes a sample Privacy Policy page in WordPress. You must edit and publish that page with your actual business details before going live.

Affiliate Links

Some links on this website — including links to hosting providers such as Hostinger — are affiliate links. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small referral commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend services we have personally tested and trust. See our full Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Cookies

Our website may use cookies for basic site functionality. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse this site.

Data Retention

We retain your name, email address, and purchase records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by us. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@dawills.com.
